What time does the event start each day?

We will start each day promptly at 8am. Each day will end a little differently. Day 1 will end at 5pm and Days 2 and 3 will end at 4:30pm.

Do you offer a Livestream option?

No, this is a 3-day LIVE immersive learning experience.


Can I bring a Business Partner, Spouse, or Employee?

Yes of course, you will just need to purchase a ticket for all people wanting to attend. Since continuing education credit is issued plus food and special activities are provided, each person will need a ticket.

How much do the tickets cost?

A single ticket to Tax Rep Defender Odyssey! is $997 for 3-days. However, if you purchase during our Super Early Bird period a ticket will only cost you $597 (40% discount) if you purchase by May 31, 2025.

How many people will be at the event?

The event will be an intimate gathering of no more than 40 people.



Will Dan be available during breaks to answer questions?

Yes, Dan will be available to chat about your business during breaks and after the event, or if you have questions about any of the strategies presented at the event. Dan’s team will also be on hand to answer your questions as well.


Is this event available for continuing professional education (CPE)?

Yes, this event is eligible for up to 24 hours of CPE for CPAs and attorneys, but 16 hours for EAs. (Sorry the IRS does not allow us to give EAs credit for marketing material, even though it is just as important as the technical material).

If I buy a ticket and can’t attend can I get a refund?

We offer refunds for this event in the following way. - Cancel up to 30 days before the event (Full Refund) - Cancel less than 30 days but before 2 weeks before the event (50% refund) - Cancel less than 2 weeks before the event (No refund) However, if you can't use the ticket for this event for any reason, we will give you credit toward a future Tax Resolution Academy® event.




What if I am new to IRS Representation, will this material be too advanced for me?​

No, this material will not be too advanced for someone is new to IRS Representation. Although, it will help if you have an understanding of some of the basics of Collections and Exam Representation.
